How long has our company been in the industry?
Still locally owned and operated, our company has been in the industry for over 17 years. Our extensive experience has allowed us to have a complete understanding of the Atlanta market, which has led us to become a leading Atlanta rental property management company for single-family homes, duplexes, quads, townhomes, and condos in the area.

How many properties does DKRentals.net manage?
Approximately 480 properties and still growing strong.

What areas do we serve? Can we handle multiple rental properties?
Headquartered in Roswell, we proudly service the entire metro Atlanta area, from Covington to Douglasville and from Dahlonega to McDonough.
We work with single property owners, multi property investors and anything in between.

Can you manage properties that have tenants already in place?
Yes! Whether you are self-managing or currently working with another property management provider we are happy to onboard your existing tenants and take over the management of your property.

How do we price rentals?
We utilize a variety of analytical tools to determine optimum market pricing, and then in coordination with our owners we agree on the starting rental price.

When do owners get paid their rent?
Our system allows online payment options. We send electronic disbursements on the 16th of each month to the bank account of the owner´s choice.

How do you handle emergency repairs?
DKRentals.net provides an emergency line 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.
Our maintenance staff will answer and respond to emergency maintenance calls. You'll be able to track maintenance invoices and requests through the online Owner's Portal.

Who is responsible for getting a property rent ready?
At DKRentals.net, we routinely handle all make-ready services to prepare properties for the market, though owners also have the option to manage this themselves.

How do you handle evictions?
Due to our rigorous tenant screening process, evictions are rare for tenants that DK places. In the event it becomes necessary, there are no additional charges from DK to manage the process. It is included in our $80/month management fee; however, owners will be responsible for any necessary court filing fees or any charges incurred though the legal process.

Do we utilize any property management software?
Yes! AppFolio Property Manager allows us to fill vacancies sooner, price rentals right for the Atlanta market, screen residents, and deposit funds directly into your bank account. This easy-to-use and intuitive system will give you on-demand access to your statements through the Owners' Portal, saving you time and hassle. Plus, we can use AppFolio to quickly handle property maintenance issues, while providing you with a real-time update.
We are constantly looking at new tools to improve our processes and keep us on the cutting edge, so we upgrade to new platforms as they become available. We are currently layering in Aptly to automate and improve our overall systems.
