1. We safeguard your listings and client relationships. At DKRentals.net, we specialize exclusively in residential property management. This ensures your clients remain your clients. Should an owner decide to sell, we will promptly notify you, allowing you to resume the listing process. We are committed to maintaining trust and protecting the relationships established by our referral partners.

2. We provide competitive referral compensation.

  • Vacant homes: When referring a vacant property for full management and tenant placement, agents receive 50% of the first month’s rent as a referral fee when we rent the property.
  • Occupied homes: When referring an occupied property for management only, agents receive 25% of one year’s management fees ($240).
