About Us
Why We Started DKRentals.net
In 1998, I purchased my first two rental properties and hired a property manager. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating—slow responses, poor communication, and outdated systems. I knew there had to be a better way. So, I took over managing my own rentals and quickly began receiving requests from other investors to manage theirs as well.
On October 19, 2007, DKRealty LLC, doing business as DKRentals.net, was officially formed. Since then, we've been committed to providing exceptional residential property management across the metro Atlanta area.

Esteban Londono
Operations Manager
I earned a PhD degree at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in Valencia, Spain. Since then, I’ve built over three years of experience in property management, along with a background that crosses several industries. One of the projects I’m most proud of was serving as a financial controller for the launch of a chemical-pharmaceutical plant in Guayama, Puerto Rico, where I helped secure $30 million in funding to make the project a reality.
Living in three different countries has shaped me with a global perspective and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. What excites me most about property management is that no two days are ever the same—there’s always a new neighborhood to explore, people to meet, or problems to solve.
Every day brings an opportunity to learn something unexpected about the communities I work in, and that’s what keeps me motivated and inspired.
